Ambassador and Referral Terms

1. Applicability

These Ambassador and Referral Terms apply to users who use Nukhu referral links, ambassador links, affiliate links, creator share links, paid promotional links, or any feature that may generate rewards, credits, commissions, points, payments, or other benefits for sharing Nukhu. These terms supplement the Nukhu Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and approval

Nukhu may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate ambassador or referral participation at any time. Participation is not guaranteed and may be subject to identity, payment, tax, account standing, fraud, or activity review.

3. Referral rewards

Nukhu may offer rewards for qualifying actions such as account creation, NuVee purchases, NuPoint purchases, campaign backing, or other actions defined by Nukhu. Reward rates, qualifying actions, attribution windows, payout methods, and eligibility rules may change at any time.

Rewards may be reversed, delayed, forfeited, or denied for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, bot activity, suspicious traffic, policy violations, or non-qualifying actions.

4. Required disclosures

If you may receive compensation, credits, rewards, referral payments, or other benefits from sharing a link or promoting Nukhu, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection in your posts, messages, videos, captions, bios, emails, and other promotional materials where required by law or platform rules.

Disclosures should be understandable to ordinary viewers and placed where people will notice them before or at the time they engage with the promotion.

5. Prohibited promotion

You may not use false claims, misleading statements, spam, unauthorized email, bot traffic, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden links, fake accounts, impersonation, trademark abuse, misleading domain names, paid ads using Nukhu marks without permission, or content that violates law, platform rules, or Nukhu policy.

You may not imply that you are an employee, owner, official representative, legal agent, or exclusive partner of Nukhu unless Nukhu states that in writing.

6. Taxes and payments

You are responsible for taxes related to rewards or payments you receive. Nukhu may require tax forms, payout information, identity verification, and minimum thresholds before payment.

7. Content ownership and use

You own your promotional content, but you grant Nukhu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, reproduce, display, and promote content you tag, send, submit, or publish in connection with Nukhu ambassador or referral activity.

8. Termination

Nukhu may suspend or terminate your ambassador or referral participation, disable links, reverse rewards, or close accounts if Nukhu believes you violated these terms, created risk, harmed users, misrepresented Nukhu, or abused the program.
