Through My Eyes

Spoken word piece centred around a blood condition I was born with (Beta Thalassemia Intermedia) due to which I have yellow-ish tinge to white of eyes and skin. Strangers point this out to me on a daily basis as if it's their right to know; so I wrote this piece to raise awareness not only for my blood condition, but to make the point that not such common things are also hurtful to highlight (you don't know the persons story and struggle) and to help people accept themselves and love themselves just as they are!
